Microsoft hosted an xRM Cloud Accelearation Lab in Redmond, WA for Microsoft partners, advisors, and CRM MVPs. Together, they came up with a Top 10 feature lists for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, ahead of its scheduled January 2011 launch.

CRM offers the ability to package solutions for enterprise development.
