Microsoft hosted an xRM Cloud Accelearation Lab in Redmond, WA for Microsoft partners, advisors, and CRM MVPs. Together, they came up with a Top 10 feature lists for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, ahead of its scheduled January 2011 launch.

#10: Security Enhancements  

Track changes on records, field level security, and Team Ownership of records.  

#9: Solutions  

CRM offers the ability to package solutions for enterprise development.  

#8: Dashboard and Charts  

Create dynamic charts and drill downs, dashboards can now be created in the CRM interface without programming.  

#7: Enhancements to User Interface  

CRM 2011 uses the Ribbon bar, similar to other Office 2007-2010 products. Entities may now have multiple forms.  

#6: Dynamics Marketplace  

Online marketplace to purchase and test CRM apps.  

#5: Web Resources  

JavaScript, Silverlight, Images, and HTML can be embedded as a single package.  

#4: Expanded Globalization  

41 Languages supported with language pack.  

#3: Outlook Experience  

Tighter integration with Outlook than CRM 4, the integration has more of an Outlook look and feel.  

#2: SharePoint Integration  

Documents can be managed and manipulated from CRM to SharePoint and from SharePoint to CRM.  

#1: Developer Tools  

CRM developer integration with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.
