Having a problem with your office PC or printer? Need a password reset or locked out of the system? Maybe it’s a basic question about PC’s? We even administer and proactively monitor your PC workstations using our suite of diagnostic tools. United Way members can call, click or email and get service 12 hours every business day. With your permission, our trained technicians can even remote into your PC and perform basic troubleshooting while you watch.
