Overview and Scope

Upic Solutions, Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies (together, “cookies”) on upicsolutions.org, donorengage.org, and the DonorEngage donor portal (the “Services”). Some cookies are placed by third parties we work with.

Your Opt-Out Choices

We do not sell personal information for money. However, our websites use Google advertising cookies. Under some state privacy laws, this may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time.

To opt out of advertising cookies, turn off Marketing under Manage your cookie preferences below. This takes effect right away in your current browser.

To make a privacy request, enter your name and email and choose one or more options:

  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of my personal information and limit the use of my sensitive personal information
  • Do not sell or share my personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
  • Limit the use of my sensitive personal information
  • Access my personal information
  • Delete my personal information
  • Receive my personal information in a portable format

You do not need an account. We may ask for more information to verify your identity, and we use what you provide only to process your request. We confirm receipt within 10 days and respond within 45 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We are implementing support for Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Until then, please use the options on this page to opt out.

How We Use Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use three kinds:

Marketing cookies measure and target our outreach on other websites and platforms. These are the cookies that may count as a sale or sharing of personal information.

Functional cookies run the Services, keep you signed in, protect against spam and attacks, and remember your cookie choices. They are always active because the Services do not work without them.

Statistics cookies count visits and show which pages are used, so we can improve the Services.
