⚠️ Action Required: Workstations Must Be Powered On for Agent Update

We are deploying an emergency update to the management agents used in Upic’s Member Services tools (ConnectWise Automate and ScreenConnect). This update is critical to maintain uninterrupted support access and must be completed before Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 10:00 PM ET.

️ What You Need to Do

Please power on all workstations managed by Upic as soon as possible. Devices must remain powered on through the evening of June 9 so that updates can be successfully applied.

What Happens If Workstations Are Not Updated

  • Devices may stop reporting to our management system
  • Security software may block or quarantine the agent
  • Manual reinstallation will be required to restore support capabilities

️ If a Device Goes Offline

If a workstation misses the update, Upic will provide a reinstall package and guidance so your onsite technician can restore service. We will confirm when the device is successfully reconnected.

Deadline Reminder

Update deadline: June 10, 2025 at 10:00 PM ET
Please ensure systems are powered on and online by Monday evening, June 9.
