As I am getting ready for this year’s Great Rivers 2023 Conference – themed “Oh, the places we’ll go” – it reminds me of all the locations I have visited over my 22 years attending these United Way conferences, and all the impressive United Way people I have met each time. In a couple weeks, we get to see each other again, and I am also very excited to see some new faces that I have never met in person.
The Great Rivers conference is a grassroots conference organized by the United Way of Wisconsin and many volunteers throughout the region. In addition to the full conference sessions, there is also a New Attendee Reception, a Live United Lounge (with Zebra Races!), a Host City Event and the annual Great Rivers Choir, It is a conference not to miss!
