People often ask me how do I know if I have an engaged and empowered team? I believe the true mark is if the team is doing things together outside of work. I am extremely proud of the team and culture at Upic, especially when it shines out in the community while we are volunteering.
Upic helped Habitat for Humanity finish two houses in the Cincinnati area! Both of these projects have since been dedicated and two families now have amazing homes! Great job giving back and helping solve the housing crisis our nation is facing.
