Upic will be hosting it’s annual team meeting the week of July 24 to July 28. During that week Member Services help desk will be staffed from 8AM-8PM Eastern at a reduced capacity, should you get voicemail please leave a message and we’ll get back as soon as possible. We recommend sending non-urgent requests by email to answercenter@upicsolutions.org. The Application Services team will also be at reduced capacity, reviewing tickets and responding with less frequency than normal. Should you have urgent work for that period, please submit your requests now so we can accommodate your needs.
