Now that campaign season is in full swing and our team is starting to feel like they are chained to their desk, we are launching our million step challenge starting October 1st!
We have equipped each team member with a Fitbit and signed everyone up to a Fitbit group to share our progress. Our goal is for each employee to walk 1 million steps by the end of the year.
Being the techie’s we are we even integrated an app into Slack (think of this as our online water cooler as the team is all over the country) so we can gamify the challenge, encourage (harass!), and support each other as we go.
