Upic will be holding our annual team meeting October 25th – 28th, we will be operating our normal hours of 8AM-8PM Eastern with reduced staffing during these periods each day:
- Monday, October 25: 3PM-6PM Eastern
- Tuesday, October 26: 1PM-3PM Eastern
- Wednesday, October 27: 1PM-4PM Eastern
- Thursday, October 28: 3PM-5PM Eastern
Should you call and get voicemail, please leave a message and we’ll get back as soon as possible. We recommend sending non-urgent requests by email to answercenter@upicsolutions.org. The Application Services team will also be at reduced capacity, reviewing requests and responding with less frequency than normal. Should you have urgent work for that period, please submit your requests now so we can accommodate your needs.
