Upic will be holding our annual team meeting July 22nd – 26th.

During this week Member Services help desk will have special hours on the following dates –

July 22nd – 8 am – 6 pm EST

July 23rd – 8 am – 6 pm EST

July 24th – 8 am – 6 pm EST

Member Services help desk will then return to normal hours on July 25th (8 am – 8 pm EST)

During Upic week our help desk will be staffed at reduce capacity, should you get voicemail please leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We recommend sending non-urgent requests by email to answercenter@upicsolutions.org.

You can also request a callback on our website by clicking the orange “Request a callback” button at the bottom of the page.

The Application Services team will also be at reduced capacity, reviewing tickets and responding with less frequency than normal. Should you have urgent work for that period, please submit your requests now so we can accommodate your needs.
